TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MONEY TO THE MASSES CASHBACK OFFER – Health Insurance

1. This £100 cashback offer is being provided by Howden Life & Health registered in England and Wales under company number 2248238, whose registered office is at 1 Creechurch Place, London EC3A 5AF (the “Promoter”).

2. These terms and conditions apply to the Offer and you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by purchasing a new life insurance policy with Howden Life & Health via the following link Money to the Masses private medical insurance on Money to the Masses website (“MTTM Policy”), therefore, please read carefully.

3. The Offer is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over (excluding employees of the Promoter, third parties involved in the Promotion, and, in both cases, their families) who purchase or apply for and continue through to purchase a MTTM Policy.

4. Customers will be entitled to be paid £100 cashback once following payment by the customer of the sixth monthly premium relating to the MTTM Policy and not from the date of purchase of the MTTM Policy. Each eligible customer will receive the cashback amount directly into the account they pay their MTTM Policy premiums from. The Offer is not negotiable, refundable or transferable and customers shall comply with any additional terms and conditions and/or exclusions which may apply to the Offer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if you cannot take up the Offer. The Offer may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

5. This offer is not available on children’s/child only health insurance, or any other insurance policy other than the MSE Policy.

6. This Offer is limited to one policyholder per household.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, exclude or disqualify any participant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Offer or who is in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.

8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. 

9. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.

10. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant in the Offer or accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss and/or damage occurring as a result of participating in the Offer, including but not limited to, taking up the Offer. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.

13. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the provisions of any promotional material relating to the Offer, the provisions in these terms and conditions will prevail.
